A little background on Nate Bianco, his views on network marketing opportunities, and overcoming the challenges of being legally blind.

Growing up I always wanted to own my own business, and make a lot of money. Even in high school, which I hated, I was always watching the late night infomercials about making money, and I bought a lot of those silly courses to.

After high school I decided not to go to college, and got a part time job instead. As I got into my early twenties my eyesight really began to diminish, and driving a car was becoming an issue. I think because I was out in the work force now, my dreams of working for myself and being financially free started to disappear.

I ended up getting a full time job at a home improvement store at age 19, and became a dept. manager their at age 22. I was the youngest DM at my store, and didn’t get a whole lot of respect from the older folks. But for the next 2 to 3 years I started to think this was the path for me, and maybe I could work my way up to store manager one day.

Well, after almost 6 years there the company started to downsize. I got demoted, and the company went out of business shortly after. The last 8 to 12 months I worked there though I started to really hate people telling me what to do. I couldn’t stand having to work 40+ hours a week, and not be able to take days off when I wanted to. What really got to me most was we only got 2 weeks of vacation time, and even that was a hassle because everyone wants to go on vacation in the 3 warmest months of the year, and not everyone can take off at the same time. There were years when I couldn’t even take a summer trip between June and August, what a bunch of crap that was.

During my last year or so at that company I even tried starting my own sports nutrition business online. That bombed after about 6 months when I realized I was competing against companies who had millions of dollars of inventory on hand, and were selling the exact same product below the cost I was paying for it.

Around October 1999 is when I got on disability and started going through a lot of counseling to try and figure out what sort of job I was going to be able to do without my eyesight. I lived on about $900 per month for the next two years while taking a bunch of tests and trying to figure out what I was going to do for the rest of my life. Again, sort of losing my dreams of working for myself, being financially free, and most of all starting to really lose my independence.

Then one day while surfing the internet for career options, I got one of those annoying pop up ads, but it talked about working from home, with an unlimited income potential, and I could start it part or full time. Oh, and NO boss. All of that sounded pretty good to me.

Of course after I filled out the form, they wanted money for me to get started. Money I thought I didn’t have. But after looking at the website, reading through the product details, and thinking about the alternative of going back to a job and working for the next 40 years. Well the thought of that just made me sick to my stomach, in fact as I write this now it still does.

So it turned out that the pop up I got was for a network marketing opportunity, and everything I was hearing sounded like total freedom to me. Not just financial freedom, but time freedom which to me is more important than anything, because time is one thing you can never get back.

So I found a way to get started, the cost to join and purchase the product was almost $350, which was more than my house payment at the time. But I knew if I didn’t do it I’d fall back into that slump of trading time for dollars, barely having any time to spend with friends, family, and maybe getting a week or two of vacation time, then wonder if I can even afford to go somewhere nice.

So that was in 2002 that I got started in my first network marketing home based business. I did struggle for a handful of months, but I really became a student of the industry. I listened to CD’s, training calls, listened to audio books and a LOT of personal growth material. Most importantly I kept myself plugged into the people who were having success, and learned from them through their training channels.

In March of 2003 I was earning enough money that I could get off of disability and not have to worry about getting a job to pay the bills. I continued to work at it and build my team, and now for the last 6 years I have earned a solid six figure income in my home based business.

Most importantly I have the time freedom I wanted so badly. I go to bed whenever I want, because I know I can sleep till noon or 1pm if I feel like it. At the time I’m writing this it’s 2011, and for the last 8+ years now I can only remember setting my alarm clock maybe 10 to 15 times, and that was only because I needed to be at the airport for a trip.

It’s August right now and I’ve spent most of the summer lounging by my pool, camping at a near by park, and at the lake on my Sea Doo boat.

We’re headed to the NASCAR races in Bristol and will be taking a day to spend at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia. Then from September till March I’ll be at another NASCAR race in Virginia, camping there for 6 days, then to Orlando Florida for an event, and will spend a week down there to catch the Fort Lauderdale boat show. Then off to Las Vegas in November for a few days, and will probably go on a cruise in December or January. Then in March back to Las Vegas for a few more days.

Best of all, I do this with zero debt.

My goal is now to work with as many people as I can to teach them how to achieve the same success I have, or even better would be great. There is absolutely no reason people should have to work their whole lives just to retire dead broke at an age where they can’t really do the things they wanted to in the first place, even if they could afford them.

I know right now most would be happy to have that job security back that they had a few years ago, but maybe now is the time to start thinking about alternative ways of earning money. Maybe the new middle class is right here in network marketing, and with the time freedom this business allows, we can all have more fun and spend our time doing the things that matter most, and that’s just hanging out with people we care about and having a good time together.

Being legally blind I have had a lot of my independence taken away from me, but this industry has given back so much more. I think the best advise I can give people out there who are either just looking at a network marketing opportunity, or maybe struggling to make it happen is, never give up, always strive to learn more each day and get better, and surround yourself with people who are already successful. If you get involved with people who have made this business their lifestyle, and do what they do, you will find success.

This impartial XanGo Review is intended to assess the business for its potential as a network marketing home business and for nothing else. Even though the product is good, it is important people purchase it, because without any purchases the program would be illegal.

Where XanGo scores higher among other MLM programs is that their product is good, and it sells.  In fact, XanGo members can make a lot of money just retailing the product without having any members in their downline, so let’s have a closer look at the product before we discuss the structure and compensation.

XanGo – The Product

No review of XanGo would be meaningful without discussing the product. In any network marketing program, the product is critical. Amway became so successful because their products worked, and could be demonstrated to work. XanGo has been successful because their product also works and has sound science and biochemistry behind it. The product is a health drink that is packed full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories in the form of xanthones, polyphenols and multiple flavonoids.

The juice is obtained by pureeing mangosteen with several other fruits. Mangosteen is packed full of antioxidant polyphenols and Xanthones, very powerful antioxidants rarely found in other plants.

The other fruits supplement the antioxidant properties of xanthones with flavonoids and polyterpenoid antioxidant phytochemicals in addition to the powerfully antioxidant vitamins A, C and E. They too reduce free radicals to a harmless state, and are often included in skin preparations to help you maintain youthful-looking skin.

So the biochemistry is there, and the product offers the type of health benefits that will be of interest to the vast majority of the world’s population. So you definitely have a good market for the products:  Box #1 ticked!

XanGo:  The Founders

XanGo was founded in 2002 by Gary Hollister, Aaron Garrity, Joe and Gordon Morton, Kent Wood and Bryan Davis, each with a comprehensive knowledge of business and marketing.  Under their leadership the company made a cumulative sales total of $1.5 billion in their first six years. It now has over one million distributors, and there is room for many more for this high-selling product. The company has a sound team running it, and past history of sales is excellent.

XanGo Network Marketing Structure and Backup

Like any MLM program, the more people you introduce the better for you: as you build up your downline your potential to make money increases rapidly, because you get paid up to nine levels down!  Nine levels is a lot for this type of network marketing program, and offering them reflects the popularity of the product.

You get a lot of advertising support with many other people advertising the product, so it will not be new to most of your potential customers. All you need to do is persuade them to buy from you, and that can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it.  Fundamentally, those serious about wanting to make XanGo their main home business are generally able to do so.  There are plenty of potential customers out there for everyone and the company provides you with and advertising guide to help you out. The back office offers excellent support and marketing guidance.

XanGo Compensation Plan

The XanGo compensation plan goes nine levels deep, and incorporates a streamlined compression system.  You can receive money in a number of ways, such as weekly from sponsorship bonuses, monthly from your personal sales and those of your downline, and also quarterly if you qualify to join the global bonus pool.

There is also Powerstart, where you receive 30% of the first order from those members you personally introduce, and 15% of the initial order of their sponsored distributors. ‘Unilevel’ is a system whereby you receive a commission percentage of the income of each level in your downline up to nine levels. Both of these payments are made monthly.

Promoting XanGo

You can promote XanGo by holding your own events to which you should invite people you feel will be interested. You can also promote your XanGo business online. To help you promote, you can acquire the ‘Magic Wand’ video, designed to persuade those that fail to accept your invitation to sign up. Those to whom the Magic Wand has been sent generally register for the XanGo program at levels of up to 50% or more. The video is fundamentally a video of the meeting you would have held, where the benefits of the XanGo network marketing program are explained and it is very persuasive.

There is no doubt that XanGo ticks the boxes for a good network marketing program, and there are no reasons why you should not at least try it if you are seeking a good and enjoyable way of making money from home.

Monavie Review Worth Joining or Not?

Monavie is a business that revolves around marketing a series of acai juices mixed with a selection of other fruit juices. Although the acai berry is packed full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, its health benefits are secondary to the program itself and your part in it should you join it.

That aside, how does Monavie pan out as an MLM opportunity, and is it worth joining? There are four aspects you should consider in any Monavie review – in fact with any MLM program:

•    The Product: is there a demand?
•    The Founders:  have they a good track record?
•    How Long: when did the program begin and is it still running strong?
•    Compensation Plan: is it attractive to you?

If you can answer positively to each of these questions, then you have your answer. So let’s have a look at each of these questions in relation to the Monavie MLM program:

A.  The Monavie Product

The product is a range of fruit blends, each containing acai berry juice, claimed to improve health and vitality through the amino acids, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and other phytonutrients particular to each blend. Each offers specific properties and benefits to your health, many of which have been supported by established scientific evidence.

You may find some disagreement on these properties due to not all having been proven without doubt on human subjects, but the acai berry has been used in traditional medicine for many centuries, and it has generally been found that it is only a matter of time before this type of traditional benefit is proved by science.  Not only that, but most of the unproven properties claimed have been backed up significantly by anecdotal evidence and modern accepted scientific knowledge.

So if you are concerned about promoting a controversial product or one with debatable provenance, don’t be. Acai berry juice is regarded the world over as being of excellent benefit to your health, helping to prevent heart disease, improving many other aspects of your cardiovascular health and also moderating the swelling and severe pain of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.

B.  The Founders of Monavie

Monarch Health Sciences of Salt Lake City, under CEO Dallin Larsen, founded the business in 2005, and its products have been featured on TV – The Today Show, The Doctors, The Rachel Ray Show, Fox TV and more.  Monarch is a highly respected company, and you should have no apprehension at all about their integrity or ethics, or about their ability to back you with professional marketing.

Monarch Health Sciences is itself a successful company, and Dallin Larsen has both the experience and the team to inspire program members with the confidence needed for their own personal financial success.

C.  How Long Has the Program Been Running?

As stated above, under item B, the program has been running since January, 2005, and is still going strong.  There is no reason why it should not, because health products such as these are continually being exposed to new prospective customers as they grow old enough to appreciate and desire the health benefits that Monavie products have to offer.  What you have to keep in mind is that a business selling ineffective products would not have lasted over 6 years.  The business is enduring and still making its members a lot of money.

D.  The Monavie Compensation Plan

You can sell all the products you are able to, but at the end of the day it is the Compensation Plan that counts. Monavie pays among the highest in the business, operating a binary model and providing 50% back into the sales network. However, it is important to understand how the binary set-up works or the vast majority of your income will go up your chain. You must have a well balanced upline and downline. If you build a good team beneath you then this is one of the best MLM programs online.

In fact, it was considered so successful that one of Amway’s biggest distributors, Brig Hart, took his entire MLM team to Monavie from Amway. That was a big team, numbering several thousand, and Amway didn’t like it, but there was nothing they could do. Brig Hart and his team considered Monavie to be a better business than Amway because it made them more cash.

What more persuasion do you need? The product is good, the company is established and has operated successfully for a number of years, and the compensation is so good that it took away a large chunk of Amway’s sales force.  Monavie: worth joining or not?  You bet it is!
